It replaces the dynamic seal with a static seal, so that the overcurrent parts of the pump are completely sealed. Due to the use of magnetic coupling transmission, it can replace the original mechanical pump mechanical seal has been unable to solve the problems of running, running, dripping, leaking.

Sealless pumps are the only pumps with zero leakage because they have no seals.

Installation and use of high temperature magnetic pump

1) The high temperature magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, and it should not be erected. The plastic pump body must not bear the weight of the pipeline. For vertical installation with special requirements, the motor must face upward.

2) When the pumping liquid level is higher than the pump shaft centerline, open the valve of the suction pipe before starting. If the pumping liquid level is lower than the pump shaft centerline, the pipe must be equipped with a bottom valve.

3) The pump should be inspected before use. The fan of the motor should be flexible, without jamming and abnormal noise, and the fasteners must be tightened.

4) Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.

5) After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.

Before the pump stops working, close the discharge valve and then close the suction pipe valve.
